When will pricing be announced?

We're currently in early access and finalizing pricing based on feedback from our first customers. Join the waitlist to be notified first — early access members lock in the best rates we'll ever offer.

Can I switch from Direct to MSP Partner later?

Yes. If you start as a Direct customer and later want to bring on clients, you can upgrade to an MSP Partner plan and your data comes with you.

What does "client data portability" mean?

If one of your clients ever leaves your MSP, their license data, integrations, and history can be transferred to another MSP or converted to a standalone Direct account. Clients own their data.

Is MSP partner pricing listed publicly?

No — MSP partner pricing is shared directly with verified partners after a quick application. It's not listed publicly because it varies based on client volume and includes a reseller discount.

Do my clients see the SaaS Wrangler brand?

Not on the MSP Partner plan. Your clients see your MSP's name and logo throughout the product. SaaS Wrangler is invisible to them.
